In the download you find an overview of clean and unclean animals according to the directions in the Bible, that can be found in Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14.
Although this list has been compiled with care, it is impossible to name every species. The list is therefore indicative and not complete. If you are not sure whether an animal is clean or unclean, I advise you not to eat it.
