New on Word and Well-being: Prayer Request

In prayer we may tell God all our concerns, fears and questions. He promises to listen to us. The Lord is close to us when we pray to Him.

"Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you."

James 4:8.

"Prayer is the opening of the heart to God as to a friend.

Not that it is necessary in order to make known to God what we are,

but in order to enable us to receive Him.

Prayer does not bring God down to us, but brings us up to Him."

Word and Well-being is expanding it's ministry by offering new services. It is now possible to request prayer. For yourself or for someone else. We would like to pray with you. So do you have a prayer request, do you want to ask for intercession for someone or can we thank God for something? Let me know! Your data will of course be treated confidentially and will never be passed on.

On Sabbath afternoon, the prayer team gathers to place submitted prayer points in God's hands.
